Our crystal products are all handmade by our craftsmen.  The process of making our products is similar to that of jewelry making.  Please handle them with care, as you would with your jewelry.  

All sales are final.  There are no returns or refunds.  If any damages are done during shipping, please report within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.  We value your satisfaction and will do our best to accommodate.
